The Candidate Summary page has a similar layout to the summary pages of the other main record types within Eploy.
Record Bar
Across the top of the candidate summary, you will find all the basic information relating to the record, with some useful widgets for updating key details:
Name and ID number, so that its really clear which candidate you are working on.
Application counts, showing live and inactive applications. If you click this, you can quickly access the details of any specific application.
Candidate Status shows whether the record is currently active, placed or in the talent pool. You can also quickly update the status from here.
Consent will allow you to track the current consent status of the candidate, including if they have been excluded or are due to expire soon.
If making use of our Opportunity module, you can track any sales activity for the candidate here.
As you move across the toolbar, you also have access to the candidate CV, as well social media links:
LinkedIn / Facebook - Use these links to quickly access or search on social platforms for this candidate.
Download CV / Quick View CV / Print Application Form - These options allow you to quickly access the candidate details and the original CV, either by downloading or viewing within Eploy.
Email / SMS - Quickly contact the candidate from here.
Display Map / Display Route - These options will show you where the candidate is based, using google maps. If working on a job or talent pooling at the time, Display Route will even show the commute between the candidate address and the vacancy location.
Just below the main summary toolbar, you also have access to the related record tabs. These will include any records in which the candidate is associated to, including skills, applications and other files:
Skills - Here you can access any skills associated to the record, as well as create new skills, add to the record or remove as required.
Applications / Placements / Timesheets - See a full audit history of the candidates applications / placements / timesheets, including the ability to access the Application Dialogue, run reports or view vacancy information.
Cover Letters - If candidates are providing cover letters during the application journey, you can find them here.
CV - This tab will include any CVs provided by the candidate.
Files - Any other files either provided by the candidate or created for them during application and onboarding will be available to view and download from here.
Activity - This includes the full audit history for this candidates, allowing you to track all emails, calls and recruitment activity for this candidate.
Overview
Moving down the summary, the page is then split into three sections, one for Editing information, one for the Overview and one for Activity:
Edit and View - Use the navigation panel on the left hand side of the screen to quickly view or edit information based on where it is stored within the record. For candidates, this means you can quickly access specific personal details, history or preferences. When you click into each section, the Overview will update and show the fields stored within, whilst you can click the edit icon on either the overview or specific tabs.
Activity - A smaller version of the activity tab, the third section in the overview gives you a snapshot of recent activity. This means that you can quickly find the most recent calls, emails and applications for this candidate, before using the activity tab to delve deeper into the info. You can even filter this view to show only your own activity with this candidate.
