Across the top of the vacancy, you will have access to all the key information, as well as some useful widgets to help managing your recruitment process even easier:
The vacancy title and the ID, which can be used for searching, referencing and linking applications that come from job boards.
The associated company and contact for the role, meaning you can access any additional information as required.
Current Status confirms if the role is currently active, as well as the chosen status.
The Current Workflow stage shows the furthest application in the recruitment process.
Positions Available will show the total number of people to be recruited, as well the number of positions yet to be filled.
The Ad Tuner Score is a tool used to evaluate the effectiveness of advertising copy by scoring it based on specific criteria (such as candidate focus and question balancing). The score is displayed as a percentage, with a higher percentage indicating the copy is more optimised.
The Advertising option will allow you to quickly advertise or take your vacancy of the website, without the need to make the role inactive.
Post Job gives access to 1000s of different advertising platforms, via the Eploy Multi-poster.
Moving across, you also have a series of tools available to help you with your recruitment for this role:
The Social Share icons will allow you to distribute the vacancy across your social networks, including Facebook, Linkedin and even share via WhatsApp.
Contact Vacancy Contact - Email / SMS - From here, you can quickly communicate with the hiring team for this role, either via email, SMS or both.
Display Map / Display Route - These options make use of Google Maps and allow you to see where the vacancy is, plus track the distance between the role and the company itself.
View Live - This allows you to preview your vacancy on the careers site, even if its not active or yet to be advertised. This can be particularly useful if you are signing off the job description or advert & want to ensure that everything displays correctly before advertising.
Work on Vacancy - With one click, you can access your recruitment workflow for this role and begin screening applicants, arranging interviews and raising offers as required.
Just below these useful tools and widgets, you can access to the associated record tabs, which will allow you to see the skills for the role, any applications / hires / timesheets in a grid view, plus manage any files for the vacancy such as job specs.
Overview
The rest of the summary page is then split into three sections, allowing for Edits, the Overview and Activity:
Down the left hand side, you can use the navigation panel to change the overview, displaying different information based on where it is stored within the record. You can also Edit from here, using the edit icon
from any of the tabs, or access any discover application forms.
The centre of the summary is the Overview, where you can quickly access any key information about the role. As you switch between tabs on the left, the overview will update for that section. You can control the layout of this overview though, so that it is even easier to find all of the key information that you need, such as salary and advertising details. To do this select Manage Layout
on the overview.
The right hand section is dedicated to Activity for the role. This allows you to instantly see the latest correspondence, recruitment activity and applications, as well as allowing you to filter for only your activity. Whilst this is just a snapshot, you can also switch to the activity tab for a more in depth audit of the role. Viable activity includes:
A summary of the most recent Actions, Call Logs, Correspondence, Notes, Applications and Hires (limited to the last 30 items in total)
The last 200 Actions (all types)
The last 200 Call Logs
The last 200 Correspondence items
The last 200 Notes added
The last 200 Applications received
The last 200 Hires created
Tabs
Next to the Summary tab, you'll find additional tabs which can be used to access records related to the Vacancy and additional information not found in the Activity panel:
Skills - use this tab to configure your skills list and add Skills to the Vacancy
Long List - displays any Candidates added to the Long List for this Vacancy
Applications - displays a list of all Applications created and submitted against this Vacancy
Hires - displays a list of all Hire records associated with this Vacancy
Files - displays a list of all Files attached to this Vacancy. Files can be attached here too
Activity - displays the complete Activity history for this Vacancy.
