History
Accessed via the Menu bar, History provides quick access to the last 10 Organisation, Contact, Candidate and Vacancy records you have accessed, the most recent at the top.
Click any item within the History menu to view that record.
When viewing Vacancies within the History menu, you'll also have the option to navigate to the Summary, Pipeline, Tab View or Talent Pool.
At the bottom of the History menu you'll find a list of the last 20 records visited.
Favourites
If you consistently work with the same Organisation, Contact, Candidate or Vacancy records, you can add these as a Favourite meaning they are only ever a couple of clicks away. This is a great way of a managing key contacts and clients.
When looking at one of these Records, go to Favourites and click Add to Favourites.
To return to that Record at any time, simply select it from the list.
To remove the record from your Favourites, click Remove.
