The key things the integration handles are: your organisational structure and posts syncing from PeopleXD into Eploy in real-time; reference data (job titles, locations, employment types) syncing nightly; and successful applicant data transferring from Eploy back into PeopleXD automatically when a candidate accepts an offer, ready for your HR team to review and confirm.
Pre-boarding (before the start date) is managed in Eploy, with the candidate entering their own details. From day one onwards, onboarding continues in PeopleXD with the record already populated.
