Innovations Version Update v53

Written by Glenn Jones

NEW EPLOY TECHNOLOGIES

Welcome to your latest Eploy update, where we’ve introduced exciting new features and enhancements designed to streamline your recruitment processes and improve user experience.

NEW! Automation Flows

As a system, Eploy already contains a host of automation tools, specifically relating to Recruitment and Authorisation Workflows, Structured Reviews, Application and Onboarding Flows and the Compliance tool.

We are now embarking on a new method of automation – the Automation Flow.

In this first iteration, you’ll be able to have Eploy automatically add Applications, Candidates, Vacancies, Contacts and Organisations to groups either on a schedule or when set conditions have been met.

You’ll also be able to update the status of an Application based on a schedule or condition.

Use cases include:

  • Adding a Silver Medallist application to a nominated Talent Pool Group when they have applied for specific role types

  • Adding newly registered Candidates to a regular mailings group when specific conditions are met

  • Automatically removing Candidates and Applications from groups when there has been no activity from them within a set period of time

  • Updating the status of an Application upon receipt of an outcome from an Integration

NEW! Candidate Notes for Interview Rejections/Declines

When scheduling an interview with a Candidate, you have the option to request they confirm whether they will be attending the interview or not. Prior to this release of Eploy, Candidates did not have to provide a reason should they choose to decline the interview.

Now, when a Candidate declines an Interview, a free text box will appear, asking them to explain their reason for declining the interview. Once saved, this note can be visible within the Application Dialogue, both to Hiring Managers and members of the Recruitment Team allowing you to quickly see the reason for rejection and take whatever action is required.

This note will be preserved within the Application, with any future decline notes added to it, allowing for full visibility and audit.

NEW! Geocoding – International Addresses

When creating an Organisation or Candidate within Eploy, you have the option of entering an address manually or searching for the address.

In this release of Eploy, the address finder can now include international addresses, allowing you to search for any address, wherever in the world you operate in!

To activate this feature, please contact our Technical Support Team.

NEW! Candidate Portal Timeout Warning

As with many systems, Eploy includes a timeout within the Candidate Portal, ensuring that Candidates are automatically logged out after 60 minutes of inactivity.

With this release of Eploy, a warning will now be displayed to Candidates 2 minutes before they are automatically logged out, giving them the opportunity to resume what they were doing without the risk of any information entered from being lost.

NEW! Intercom Integration

As part of our transition from Zendesk to Intercom, a new Digital Assistant can be added to your system to take the place of our historic support options.

Once active, clicking the Support icon within your Core System will launch the new Digital Assistant providing quick access to our comprehensive knowledge base.

For customers with a Customer Success Plan, nominated Users can also chat directly with a member of our Technical Support Team from within the assistant.
