In this video we'll look at Action Types and Action Outcomes.
Action Types are used to capture the type of action that's being scheduled...usually Interviews, but they can be used to track many different activities within the system.
When completing an Action in the system, you'll need to provide an Outcome - if you need to learn how to create these and associate them with an Action Type, this video has you covered.
When Actions are created, automated diary invites can be sent to interested parties, but you'll need to have iCal templates in place before you can add them to the Action. Learn how to create an iCal template here.
