Check these points before you choose where to buy:
Before you start
Where you buy decides where you manage Premium. A subscription bought in the app is billed by the App Store or Google Play. A subscription bought on our website is billed by Paddle, our payment provider.
Free trial: in the app, Premium starts with a 7-day free trial if you're eligible. The website has no free trial.
Length: monthly or annual, both in the app and on our website.
Discount codes only work on our website. See Use a discount code.
Prices vary by country, but are close to these USD prices:
1 month: $12.99
12 months: $99.99 ($8.33 per month)

Start Premium in the app
Open Equilab and tap any Premium banner. Or go to Profile > Settings and tap Join Equilab Premium on iPhone, or Premium on Android.
Choose monthly (1 month) or annual (12 months).
Follow the steps to confirm the purchase with your Apple ID on iPhone, or your Google Play account on Android.
The App Store or Google Play charges the payment method on that account, and Premium is added to the Equilab account you're logged in to. If you started a 7-day free trial and don't want to continue, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. See Cancel your Premium subscription.
Start Premium on our website
Prices on our website are about 10% lower than in the app.
Go to equilab.horse/billing.
Log in with the same Equilab account you use in the app, with your email and password, or with Facebook if you log in to the app with Facebook. If you log in to the app with Apple or Google, add an email and password login in the app first.
Choose monthly or annual.
If you have a discount code, select Add discount and enter it.
Enter your payment details and confirm.
Paddle handles the payment, and Premium is added to the Equilab account you logged in with. Premium usually shows in the app within minutes, and at the latest within 24 hours.
How you log in to our website to buy Premium depends on how you log in to the app. If you use email and password in the app, log in on the website with the same email and password. Logging in with Facebook won't connect to your Equilab account in that case.

Apple and Google login don't work on the website. Add an email and password login to your Equilab account first: in the app, go to Profile > Settings > Account > Email. Then log in on the website with that email and password. See Add an email and password login.
If you log in to the app with Facebook
If you log in to the app with Facebook
You can log in on the website with Facebook too. Use the same Facebook account you use in the app, so Premium goes to the right Equilab account.
If Premium doesn't show after you paid
Check that the app is logged in to the same account you bought Premium with. A website purchase can take up to 24 hours to show. If Premium still doesn't show, see I paid, but Premium isn't showing.
