Editing an existing campaign
To change the campaign title, click on the edit icon on the top right corner of the campaign information panel and select 'Edit campaign title'
To change the role, click on the edit icon on the top right corner of the campaign information panel and select 'Change role'
💡Please use this functionality with care and make sure that candidates are scheduled under the correct campaign.
To change the round title, interview duration or introduction, click on the edit icon on the top right corner of the round panel
To change interview framework, interview questions, opening and closing questions, click on the edit icon on the top right corner of the interview framework panel
Editing candidates and scheduling interviews
1. You can add, edit and remove candidates by clicking on the edit icon on the top right corner of the campaign information panel and selecting 'Edit candidates'
2. If you need to add, edit or remove interviewers, you can do this by clicking on the edit icon on the top right corner of the campaign information panel and selecting 'Edit interviewers'
3. To schedule a candidate for an interview, click on 'Schedule'
You can select the interview format (remote or face-to-face) on the top of the window. For face-to-face interviews, you can also specify a location - this will be included in the interview invite sent to the candidate.
Next, please select a time for the interview
And finally, set up the interview panel and select the lead interviewer (chair)
💡 The campaign creator will be the one receiving an interview confirmation from the candidate.
4. To send an invite to the candidate, please go to the 'Actions' menu next to candidate name and click on 'Invite candidate'
💡You can also resend an interview invites from the same section - just go to
'Actions' and click on 'Re-invite candidate'
💡If you need to amend the interview time and / or date, please make sure to send the
invite to the candidate again.
