By picking equipment at the order stage, you align your booking with the actual items to be confirmed and shipped.
Once products have been added to the order, you can begin the pick confirm process. For bulk items, confirm the picked quantities directly. For serialised items, allocate specific stock units to ensure accurate tracking and traceability.
Get Started
Once you have added products to your order they will be marked as To Pick, meaning the booking will be reflected in your product availability to avoid overbookings of products.
To pick confirm products one by one, navigate to the menu arrow on the line item and you will see a drop-down menu.
From this menu, select Pick on the menu and the following screen will appear.
For Bulk items
To confirm that items have been picked:
Click the green button to confirm the full quantity of the order item has been picked,
βorManually enter the picked quantity if only a partial quantity is being picked.
Then, click OK to save your confirmation and proceed.
For Serialised items
The allocate menu will show you Available stock levels to ensure you only choose the serialised products that are available.
You can use the Product Group filter to expand the search box to include each item in your order for that Product Group.
You can hide serialised stock items which are unavailable by setting Exclude Unavailable to Yes.
To select the item, toggle Pick to YES and then select the green OK button to add this item to the order.
Wrong item?
If you've selected the wrong item or you need to change the item prior to booking out or dispatch, click on the menu and select the revert option.
You can then revert this product back to To Pick and pick a different (serialised) item.
