Learn how to define holidays so they are excluded from lead time and delivery date calculations

Add Holidays to the Business Calendar

ERP Go uses your business calendar to calculate estimated delivery dates on sales and purchase orders. By adding holidays, you ensure that non-working days are skipped when calculating lead times.

Holidays Setup

You can add holidays as single dates or recurring dates (e.g., Christmas every year). Holidays apply to all calculations that use working day logic.

Add a Single Holiday

  1. Navigate to:
    System Set up → Company Details → Holidays

  2. Click Add Holiday.

  3. Enter:

    • Name (e.g., “New Year’s Day”)

    • Description

    • Start Date (e.g., 01-Jan-2025)

    • End Date

  4. Click Add Holiday


    The system will skip this date when calculating delivery timelines.

Add a Recurring Holiday

Set the Recurrences toggle to Yes and add the recurrence details.


The holiday will automatically apply every year.
