You can now chat with ESHYFT staff through the facility manager web app.
Simply press the new Support button located in the upper right portion of the app and it will open our Intercom chatbox.
Just as you were able to on the facility manager mobile app, you can:
Start a new conversation
Continue an old one, and
Access our collection helpful articles
