Step 9: Confirm Message and Method

Choose how you want to send statements and add extra messages

This is a list of all the statements that have been created for the statement run.

You have the ability to add in a message to all statements or to an individual statement.

Add a message to all statements or one statement

You can add terms and conditions of payments, advise owners of new bank statements or any other important message you wish all owners to receive. The message will appear at the bottom of all statements. If you have a message from your last month end, you can add that by selecting Use previous statement comment.

To add a message to an individual statement, double click on the comment field next to the owner's statement. Add the message and this will only appear on the owner's statement that was selected

Change how statement will be delivered and withhold statements

The default delivery status will be displayed for each owner. This is set under the owner's communication information in the person detail screen. You can change send statement method in this screen (although you will not be able to tick email if the owner has no email address entered).


​You may also tick Withhold to indicate a statement should not be sent to the owner.


Once you have finished adding comments and making changes to send method click Next to move on to sending owner statements
