This is a list of all the statements that have been created for the statement run.

You have the ability to add in a message to all statements, you also have the ability to withhold or add a comment to individual statements.

You can change send statement method in this screen by clicking (although you will not be able to tick email if the owner has no email address entered).

You may also tick Withhold to indicate a statement should not be sent at all, and you may add a comment which will appear on the owners statement for that owner, but not other owners. You can also add a special message to be added to ALL statements. 

Once you have finished adding comments and making changes to send method click Next to move on to sending owner statements
