To search for a tax invoice, select the main “Finance” menu then select “Tax Invoice Search”. The following search options are available:
Date range
Client
Bulk journal
Tax Invoice ID
Item number
Deleted tax invoices are tax invoices that have been reversed. The user can display the deleted tax invoices by selecting the check box above “Search”.
The tax invoice(s) that match the search criteria will be displayed. Options available when the small cog is selected next to a tax invoice are:
View – print preview displayed. The tax invoice can be printed from this view
Email – prompted for email address. A message can be added to the email
Reverse – reverses the invoiced transactions and deletes the tax invoice. Cannot reverse a tax invoice created via a bulk journal. The bulk journal will need to be reversed under “Finance” “Bulk Journal”
