Once a Person record has been created, go to Settings/Place. From here, a Person link can be added when a new Place is created or when updating a place.

Select the Person Link drop down box, select the person record that relates to the place then save the change.

The place will then be linked to a person record so contact details and address can be retrieved for reporting purposes.
