Runs that have a status of Tentative with no scheduled date and time are displayed on this view. If a new run needs to be set up select Create Run or go to the Dispatch tab and set up a new run there
A run can be created with a minimum of a name and a status of Tentative.
Runs can be scheduled from this view by adding the date and time the run is booked to leave and by changing the status to Scheduled.
Once scheduled, the run will no longer be shown on this view. It will be displayed on the Runs- Scheduled view.
Runs can be edited on this view by selecting Edit from the view menu.
Scheduled – date and time the run is scheduled leave - editable
Run – run name - editable
Run Status – Drop down list. Can be set to scheduled, completed or cancelled - editable
Driver(s) – driver name - editable
Truck – truck name - editable
Capacity - number of spaces in the truck
