How to access multiple domains with the same email address

For users that need to access more than one domain

A user can now have access to multiple Essentials domains using the same email address. To do this, the user must be sent an invite to access a domain.

Once the user has followed the link on the email they received and logged on using their email and password to the 2nd domain, the option to Change domain will appear on the main menu.

Select Change Domain and a list of domains the user has access to will be displayed. To log into a new domain select Login next to the domain name from the small gear on the right.

The new domain will be accessed. If the user is unsure of which domain they are working on, hover over the small gear on the main menu top right and the user's name, email and the domain they are on will be displayed.

Whenever the user logs on they will be taken to the last domain they were working on before logging off Essentials.
