Select Bookings from the main view. The following screen will be displayed.
There are seven different views.
Stallion views - shows a summary of the stallion bookings
Stallions - All
Stallions - Standing
Stallions - Not standing
Invoicing views
Bookings - Uninvoiced - bookings that have not had a tax invoice created for the owner to pay. Able to create the Tax Invoice from this view. Multiple tax invoices can be created at the same time.
Bookings - Invoiced - a tax invoice has been created. There will be a transaction under the mare. The invoice and tax invoice can be viewed under the owner(s).
Contracts view
Able to create
A contract using an uploaded bookmarked word document.
A PDF file that can be saved and/or printed. Multiple contracts can be created at the same time.
A Word document that can be downloaded if changes/additional information is required to the contract.
An email with a PDF attached. Multiple contracts can be created at the same time.
Agents view
Agents - Display information about agents that are related to a booking. Includes the commission to be paid to the agent.
