Place the mouse pointer over the horse's name in the side list, hold down the left mouse button then drag and drop the horse into the relevant cell that has the correct trip and rider.
A modal will pop up to allow the work to be added
Comment - any information required for the rider or stable hand that relates to this horse. To save a comment select the green tick
Gear - can enter gear and save by selecting the green tick. If entered this way it is only for today's trackwork and won't be stored against the horse permanently. Default trackwork and race gear can also be stored against the horse and selected from the small icons next to the x. Trackwork is the first icon and racing gear the small flag.
Allocated Work - click on the work items under each section to add the work to the horse. If the wrong work is added click on it under Allocated work and it will be removed.
Once all necessary items are added to the horse select Close to save the work
To edit the work double click on the cell and the modal will pop up again.
Continue to do add work to other horses until all work is added.
