You can now use eTasku with multiple companies!

What does this mean in practice?

If you have multiple user accounts in eTasku under different companies, you can now easily select which company you want to add receipts, travel invoices, or documents to—directly from the eTasku mobile app or web portal.

This feature simplifies managing multiple accounts. Your company’s accounting office connections, classifications, and payment methods will remain unchanged after the accounts are linked.
If you use the oma@etasku.fi feature to send receipts via email, don’t forget to update the email addresses under the User details tab to ensure receipts are directed to the correct company.

How do I activate this feature?

Our customer service team will handle the account linking for you. Just get in touch with us and we’ll take care of the rest. :)

You can contact our customer service by sending an email to asiakaspalvelu@etasku.fi or by calling +358 2 480 841 76. You can also reach our customer service directly through the mobile app or our web portal.

What if I want to add a completely new company to eTasku and link it to my existing account?

No problem—our customer service team can help with that too. Just provide us with the email address of the user account you want to use, along with the details of the new company.

How do I switch between companies once the accounts are linked?

Mobile App:

Web Portal: Use the dropdown menu to switch between companies.
