When logging into eTasku via the mobile app or web portal, you’ll find a link below the login fields that says: “Forgot password?”
Clicking the link will take you to a page where you can enter the email address associated with your account. You’ll then receive an email with a link to reset your password. If you don’t receive the email, please check your spam folder and make sure you entered the correct email address.
If you’re resetting your password on your phone, note that the reset process takes place in your browser. Once you’ve updated your password, simply close the browser and log back into the mobile app.
