Changing your accounting office

If your company is switching to a new accounting office, you can notify our customer service with the details of the new office.

When changing accounting firms, please keep the following in mind

  1. The change can only be made at the request of the main user of the company’s eTasku account. We cannot process the request if it comes from the new or previous accounting office/bookkeeper.

  2. When changing accounting offices, your previous bookkeeper will no longer be able to access your materials in eTasku. Two accounting offices cannot have access to your data in eTasku at the same time, which is why the change should only be made once the previous office/bookkeeper has completed their work.

  3. The new bookkeeper will have access to all your previous materials in eTasku

To process the change, we need the following information:

  • Your company details (name & business ID)

  • Name of the new accounting office

  • Name and contact details of the new bookkeeper (email is the most important; phone number is needed if the bookkeeper does not yet have eTasku credentials)

  • Preferred date for the change (immediately or on a specific date)
