I forgot my password - what should I do?
When logging into eTasku via the mobile app or web portal, you’ll find the option Forgot password? below the login fields. Clicking the button will open a page where you can enter your email address, which serves as your username. You will then receive a link via email that allows you to set a new password. If you don’t receive the email, please check your spam folder and ensure that you entered the correct email address.
If you’re resetting your password using your phone, please note that the password update takes place in your browser. Once you’ve updated your password, you can simply close the browser and log back into the mobile app.

How do I update my accounting office in eTasku?
If your accounting office changes, you can notify our customer service with the details of your new office.
Please note that the connection to the new accounting office can be updated once the previous office has completed all necessary tasks on eTasku’s end. Once the connection is updated, the previous office will no longer have access to any of your company’s information in our service—all data will be visible only to the new accounting office.

How can I change the email address I use as my username?
If you’d like to update the email address you use as your username, please contact our customer service directly. Updating your username can only be done through us.

How do I add a new user to eTasku?
If you’d like to add a new user under your company, this can be done by the company’s main user, your accountant, or through our customer service. Please note that adding a new user is a paid feature.
The company’s main user can add a new user by following these steps:
1. Log in to the eTasku web portal on a computer (etasku.fi/login)
2. From the top menu, select “Company Settings”
3. Go to the “Users” tab
4. Enter the new user’s details
5. Click the “ADD USER” button
After this, the new user will receive an email with a link to set their password. Once the password is set, the user can log in to eTasku and start using the service.

How can I make changes to my subscription?
If you’d like to update the product your company is using or make other changes to your subscription, you can contact our customer service directly.

How can i cancel my eTasku subscription?
The eTasku subscription can be cancelled in accordance with our terms of service, at least 30 days before the start of a new billing period. If the cancellation is made during an ongoing billing period, it will take effect at the end of the current period. Payments already made will not be refunded.
If your company is using the Kortti a+ business card, please make sure to notify us of the card cancellation at the same time.
The company’s main user can cancel the subscription through the eTasku web portal under Company Settings.
Note: Business card cancellations must always be submitted by email.
To cancel: Log in to the web portal → Menu → Company Settings → Company Information → Cancel subscription at the end of the current period
How can I update my company's billing information?
The company’s main user can update billing details or change the billing method through the eTasku web portal at (etasku.fi/login), or by sending an email to our customer service.
Log in to the web portal → Menu → Company Settings → Company Information → Update details → Save
Please make sure to check your company’s billing and user information before the next billing period begins, so the invoice is sent with the correct details.
