Cancelling subscription

The company’s main administrator can cancel the service via the Finago eTasku web portal or by sending an email to our customer service.

Oh no — we’re sorry to hear that Finago eTasku might no longer be needed!

Cancelling the subscription is easily done by the account’s main user through our web portal by following these steps:

  1. Log in to the Finago eTasku web portal on a computer

  2. Open the menu in the top right corner

  3. Select Company settings”

  4. Select the Company Details tab

  5. Click the CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION AT THE END OF THE CURRENT PERIOD button

  6. Confirm the cancellation

If the service is cancelled during an ongoing subscription period, the cancellation will take effect at the end of that period. You can therefore continue using the service normally until the end of the current subscription period after cancelling.

If the company has been using our company card, its cancellation must always be notified separately by email to laskutus@etasku.fi.
