Oh no — we’re sorry to hear that eTasku might no longer be needed!
A subscription can be cancelled in accordance with our terms at least 30 days before the start of a new billing period. If the cancellation is made during an ongoing billing period, it will take effect at the end of the current period. Please note that payments already made are non-refundable.
If your company is using the a+ business card, its cancellation must be mentioned when terminating the subscription.
The company’s main administrator can cancel the service through the eTasku web portal under Company Settings. Cancellation of the business card must always be communicated via email.
Log in to the web portal → Menu → Company Settings → Company Information → Cancel subscription at the end of the current period
Once the cancellation takes effect, eTasku user credentials will no longer grant access to the service. However, all submitted data will remain in our system for at least the duration required by accounting legislation. Your accountant will still be able to access the company’s data in our service, so the cancellation will not affect their access rights.
