Archiving users in eTasku

Archiving a user account in eTasku deactivates the user’s access without deleting any of the materials they’ve submitted.

Company administrators can deactivate a user account under the company profile by archiving it. Once archived, the user will no longer be able to log in to the service. However, all data submitted by the user will remain in the system for at least the period required by accounting legislation.

Archived users will not be included in the next invoice when the subscription period renews. Please note that the selected subscription period applies to all user accounts—if a user is archived mid-subscription, any fees already paid for that user will not be refunded.

If the archived user had an active a+ card, the administrator must separately deactivate the card via the Mynt web portal.

Step-by-Step: Archiving a user in the web portal

  1. Log in to the eTasku web portal on your computer

  2. Open the menu in the top right corner

  3. Select “Company Settings”

  4. Go to the “Users” tab

  5. Click “ARCHIVE” next to the user you wish to deactivate

  6. Confirm the action by clicking “OK” in the pop-up window

Archived users will appear under the Archived Users section on the Users tab.
Administrators can also restore an archived user account at any time by clicking RESTORE next to the user and confirming the action. Once restored, the user can log in and resume using eTasku as usual. Billing for the restored user will begin automatically.
