You may send a request to deactivate your eTasku user account or to delete all your user data. Please first consult your company account's admin user. Our customer service will handle all the requests within 1 to 2 working days and will contact you.
You can submit a request directly contacting our customer service or through the mobile application.
Customer service
You can contact our customer service by sending us an email at asiakaspalvelu@etasku.fi or by calling us at 02 480 841 76. You can also reach our customer service directly through the mobile application or our online portal.
There is a difference between deactivating user account and deleting data. In case of deactivation, the user account is deactivated but all the material uploaded by the user will be kept safe in eTasku for at least the time required by accounting law. You can also request to delete all the user data a including all the uploaded material permanently.
To request deactivating your account or deleting all your user data, please contact our customer service and specify which operation you wish to accomplish. You can e.g. use the aforementioned email link and set the email subject as "Deactivate user account" or "Delete data".
Upon the deletion of data, user information and all content added to the service will be permanently removed from eTasku. Please ensure that both you and your accounting office have saved the necessary information before submitting the request for data deletion.
Mobile application
You can send the request for data deletion in mobile application through the following steps:
Open the eTasku mobile application
Select Menu at the bottom
Choose Settings
Under the Account section, select Deactivate user account
Press the Delete data button
Confirm the request by pressing Yes
Our customer service will contact you once your data has been deleted or if additional information is needed before the data deletion process.
