How Does Linkedin URL Enrichment Work?

Linkedin URL Enrichment allows you to import Linkedin profiles and company URLs and scrape the Sales Navigator pages of these profiles and companies.

Why Can't I Upload Public URLs?

We get all the data from Sales Navigator and public URLs can't be converted into Sales Navigator URLs.

As you can see the ID is necessary to turn a Linkedin URL to a Sales Navigator URL.

Why You Should Always Work With Unique URLs

It is way better to work with Unique URL because they can't be modified users.

If you store Public URLs in your CRM and people change their URLs, this URL will turn into a 404.

Can be modified by user

Can be converted into SN URL

Can't be converted into SN URL

This will break your prospecting automations and your enrichment workflow.

On the other hand, a Unique ID URL will never change so you can store indefinitely in your CRM.

What Data Do I get?

The features enrich these URLs with Sales Navigator data:

  • Job description

  • Company Website

  • Company LinkedIn URL

  • First name, Last name

  • Lead Location

  • Company Location

  • Company Industry

  • Company Size

  • Exact number of employees in the company

  • Years in position

  • Number of connection

  • Company Type

  • Company creation date

  • Company description

  • Company Specialties (Keywords describing what the company is doing)

  • If the profile is open or not

  • Profile Picture

  • Company Logo

If you upload Profiles URLs you can also add the professional verified emails to your file.

What happens to other columns of my file?


The other columns of your file that you upload with Linkedin URL are added at the end of the file (to the right) after the data exported by Evaboot.
