1. Start the Integration in Evaboot
Go to Evaboot → Integrations
Select HubSpot
Click Connect
You are redirected to HubSpot.
2. Connect Your HubSpot Account
Select the HubSpot account you want to connect
Review the requested permissions
Acknowledge the unverified app warning
Click Connect app
HubSpot redirects you back to Evaboot.
You may briefly see Getting HubSpot info…. This is normal.
3. Map Evaboot Fields to HubSpot Properties
Once connected, configure Field Mapping.
Map Evaboot fields to HubSpot contact or company properties
Required fields must be mapped
Field mappings are shared across all Evaboot integrations using the same HubSpot account
When finished, continue. You are automatically sent to the integration setup page.
4. Choose Which Data Is Sent to HubSpot
Select the job type this integration will receive data from:
Sales Navigator Export
URL Enrichment
Email Finder
Email Verifier
If you need different job types, create multiple integrations.
5. Filters (Sales Navigator Export Only)
If Sales Navigator Export is selected, configure:
Lead filter
All leads
Only filtered leads
Email filter
Safe only
Safe + Risky
Safe + Risky + Empty
6. Choose the Execution Mode
Select how data is sent to HubSpot:
Automatic
Data is sent automatically when a job completes and is paid
Only one automatic integration per job type
Manual
You manually send completed jobs from the Evaboot dashboard
7. Name and Save the Integration
Enter an Integration name
Click Save Integration
The integration is now active.
Evaboot will send data to HubSpot based on your selected job type, filters, and execution mode.
