To manage changes to your subscription—like upgrades, downgrades, or switching commitment types:
Navigate to the Evaboot pricing page: https://app.evaboot.com/?page=pricing&step=browse
Select the subscription type you want to switch to (e.g., monthly, annual).
Complete any payment steps required. If changing plans within the same type, cancellation is not necessary. For switching commitment types, you may need to cancel first.
Upgrades
When you upgrade your plan, you can choose to either pay and get your credits now. In that case your renewal date will change to today's date. When switching to a plan with a different commitment type (e.g., from monthly to annual), you first need to cancel your existing subscription.
You can also schedule the upgrade on your renewal date. When you upgrade your plan, you will pay full price and get the new credits. For switching between annual and monthly plans, ensure cancellation of the previous subscription is completed before the new one begins.
Downgrades
If you downgrade your subscription, your renewal date will not changed.
The new payment amount will take effect on your next renewal date. This applies to same-type downgrades. For commitment-type downgrades, payments depend on the new plan activation.
