How To Cancel Or Pause My Subscription?



To cancel your Evaboot subscription:

  1. Click on Cancel subscription under Billing section


On the popup, you would see the amount of credits you will lose if you cancel your subscription.You will also receive a confirmation email once your subscription cancellation is successfully processed.

Your account will remain intact, ensuring that you can reuse it and resume your subscription at any time without losing account history or saved data.



What Happens to My Credits when I cancel?

When you cancel your subscription, you have 1 month to spend the rest of your credits. After that the credits are withdrawn from your account.Additionally, after cancellation, any remaining access to account features or credits will follow the specified timeframe in your account details.

Canceling your subscription does not delete your account, offering you the flexibility to resume seamlessly.

How to Pause My Subscription?


If you just want to pause your subscription you can also do it for 1,2 or 3 months. You will keep all your credits when you pause your subscription and they will rollover from one month to the other.



Your subscription will automatically renew on the scheduled date.

When you pause your subscription, you can continue to use your current credits.

How to Resume My Subscription?

To resume your subscription :

This ensures that your account details and data are preserved for future use.

  • Log in to your Evaboot account.

  • On the left side panel, go to My Account

  • Under the Billing section, click on Resume subscription.

You will be charged for your actual plan and receive the credits immediately.

Please review the refund eligibility requirements stated in the Terms of Service. 2. **Processing Timeline**: If your subscription qualifies for a refund, the amount will be processed back to your original payment method. Refunds may take approximately 5-10 business days to appear in your account after processing is complete. For further clarification or assistance, you can contact Evaboot customer support through the Help Center.
