To cancel your Evaboot subscription:

  1. Click on Cancel subscription under Danger Zone

Once you go through the required steps via the pop-up, you will receive a cancellation confirmation email. Please note if you have NOT received the confirmation email, it means your subscription was NOT successfully cancelled.

Your account will remain intact, ensuring that you can reuse it and resume your subscription at any time without losing account history or saved data.


What Happens to My Credits When I Cancel?

When you cancel your subscription, you have 30 days to spend the rest of your credits. After that the credits are withdrawn from your account.Additionally, after cancellation, any remaining access to account features or credits will follow the specified timeframe in your account details.

Canceling your subscription does not delete your account, offering you the flexibility to resume seamlessly.

How to Pause My Subscription?

  1. In the Billing section, click Cancel subscription
    This opens the cancellation flow.

  2. You will be asked to provide cancellation feedback
    Select any option and continue.

  3. You will then see the option to Pause your subscription
    Select Pause and confirm.

  4. Your subscription is now paused

    • No future charges during the pause

    • Your account, data, and remaining credits remain available

    • You can resume at any time from the Billing page
