Sometimes things don't go as planned.
You may encounter this error:
Don't panic, the credits are automatically refunded when an export failed (since the export was not completed).
What to do?
You can go click on the LinkedIn logo in your export
And relaunch the export on the same list clicking on "Export with Evaboot"
If you get a "daily limit" error when you relaunch: tell us in the chat.
We will relaunch your export on our end.
Why it happened?
your LinkedIn Sales Navigator cookies are not valid anymore
your LinkedIn Sales Navigator search (or list) doesn't exist anymore
another weird bug happened
Why my LinkedIn Sales Navigator cookies are not valid anymore?
This can happen if you logout (or get logged out) from your LinkedIn Sales Navigator account before the full completion of the export.
Your Cookies can also just get deprecated through time and need to be updated.
Without those cookies, Evaboot can't make the export.
To fix this issue, you can try to relaunch the export again.
Also, when you launch an export or an email enrichment you can:
- leave the LinkedIn website
- leave the Evaboot website
- close down your browser or your computer
The only requirement is to not logout from your LinkedIn account when you have a running export.
As soon as the export is completed, you can logout from your LinkedIn if you want to.
Otherwise, whenever you logout before the completion of the export, it will trigger an error and the export will fail.
Why my LinkedIn Sales Navigator search (or list) doesn't exist anymore?
This can happen if you (or one of your colleagues) delete the LinkedIn Sales Navigator search or list before the full completion of the export.
For example, you delete your lead list or your saved search before it got completely exported on Evaboot.
To fix the issue, try to relaunch the export again.
And this time, don't delete the search or list before the full completion of the export.
