Every personal injury case should be running a Medical Overview in each Matter within Eve. This not only help you build s strong case but helps identify:
The medical records that describe the treatment
The bill that documents the cost of the treatment
To help you build up your case, Eve can now assist you in identifying if these records are missing in order to save time, surface gaps in your case as soon as possible, and ensure every case is ready for a demand.
Here is what Eve can help you flag
After running a medical overview, Eve can surface:
Missing Bills - A visit has no associated bills
Missing Records - A visit that has no corresponding medical documentation
A mentioned visit with no associated bill or record
Here is what Eve does not bring those missing records to your attention after you run a medical overview. There will be a red popup at the top indicating missing records.
Selecting that notification will take you to this view with the visits breakdown so you can go through each missing record in further detail.
This should help assist your teams in sending out faster document requests, avoid incomplete demand packages, and reduce the risk of claim delays or reduced value to your case.
