Creating comprehensive medical chronologies is a critical task for personal injury cases that can be streamlined and enhanced using Eve's powerful Medical Overview. By leveraging Eve's ability to process and organize large volumes of medical documentation, your firm can create detailed, accurate medical overviews more efficiently while ensuring no critical details are overlooked.

Here's a step-by-step guide for creating medical overviews using Eve:
Step 1: Document Prep and Upload
Tips:
Gather all relevant medical records, bills, and documentation
Ensure documents are in supported formats (PDF, Word, Text files)
Remove password protection from any secured documents
Organize files by provider or date before upload
Eve can analyze up to 20k+ pages worth of information (2k pages per file, 500mb per file - if working with a single record that is 6-7 pages, make sure to split it up into chunks).

Step 2: Run 'Evaluate case' skill
You will need to get the Key Facts from the case prior to running your Medical Overview, using the Evaluate case will provide you with all the information we will give to Eve to create the med chron for you.
Copy and paste the Key Facts of your 'Evaluate case' as shown below:
Step 3: Run 'Create medical overview' skill
You will be prompted to a new session:
In this page, you will have the option to continue to upload additional documents if needed by clicking on the 
button next to 'Search files'
Advanced Settings:
After you select all the files that you can give Eve the incident date and incident details (which we grabbed from the Key Facts provided on the 'Evaluate case' skill.) for extra focus and a more thorough response.
You are now ready to hit 'Run', allow Eve 30-45 minutes to get your medical overview together. You will not be able to interact with the session while Eve is producing the Medical Overview. However, feel free to start a new session, and you will be able to continue working on different tasks for your matter.
Step 4: Review the Medical Overview
After Eve is done creating the comprehensive medical chronology of your case, you will be able to access it on the left-hand side panel of your matter. Eve will also check the Medical Overview anytime you need her to generate answers.
Your Medical Overview will include:
Summary - Incident background
Visit timeline
Bad Facts - such as Criminal History, Alcohol & Substance Abuse, Relevant Prior Medical History, and Other Accidents & Injuries
ICD Codes
Economic Damages
Non-Economic Damages
