Invoice Tips

  • Ensure all events are correctly linked to the invoice or package.

  • Review the document preview to confirm that all items, packages, and pricing display correctly.

Ensuring Packages Display Correctly in Documents

If a package includes multiple events, follow these steps to ensure it displays correctly in your documents:

  1. Verify that each event within the package is configured and linked correctly.

  2. If the package or pricing does not display as expected, try adding a space where appropriate and confirm that all relevant events are linked.

  3. To consolidate charges from multiple events, assign the relevant line items to an existing invoice so they appear on a single document.
