Can I add page numbers to Documents and Invoices?
Can I add page numbers to Documents and Invoices?

Objective:

  • Assign page numbers to my BEOs

  • Paginate my Documents

  • BEO Pagination

Environment:

  • Event Temple Web App

Answer:

At this point in time it is not possible to add Page numbers directly onto documents or when previewing them in a browser, however when downloaded as a PDF this can be accomplished using the " Show Page Numbers in Bottom Margin of Document and Invoice PDFs" Organization setting

To enable this setting:

  1. Click Settings in the menu

  2. Click Organization

  3. Click Organization Settings

  4. Click Other Settings

  5. Select Show Page Numbers in Bottom Margin of Document and Invoice PDFs

  6. Click Save

When Downloading a Document, you'll now be given the option to show page numbers:

The page numbers will now be shown on your downloaded Document
