Answer:

Using the Bookings By Lost Reason Report You have the ability to 'group by' the lost reason when exporting the list which will show you total number of Bookings lost, and Revenue for each reason.

Narrow down your results (eg by date) by adding filters to the report

  • Using Lost Date Filter will show results for Bookings changed to lost (eg Lost Date January 2022 are any Bookings moved to a Lost Status in January 2022)

  • Using a Filter like Booking Status + Booking Start Date January 2022 will show you all Bookings that were due to visit January 2022, which have a lost status

Using the Booking Graphs Report you can have a visual report for Bookings by Lost Date.
