There isn't a specific custom field type for time or duration, however you can use a Custom Field if this is something your business requires.

A Text (single) Custom Field which is a single line of text up to 255 characters where the guest can free-type time into an Intake Form.

Picklist Custom Field will allow you to enter specific times as options your client can then select from. eg 1:00pm / 1:30pm / 2:00pm / 2:30pm and so on.

Please note that Custom Fields will not automatically fill in Booking or Event Times, and this will need to be manually added by staff.
