Procedure:

It's possible to add a pre-built Menu Item or you can add a one-off Menu Item.

Within the Booking View:

  1. Click the Menu Items sub-tab.

  2. Click +Add Item if you'd like to add 1 item or +Add Multiple Items if you have more than one.

  3. Optional - Select the Event and/or Invoice the Menu Items belong to

  4. Use the dropdowns or Search box to locate the relevant Menu Item(s)

    *Note: if you would like to add a one-off menu item, you will need to type in the item name and its other parameters rather than selecting a menu item from the dropdown list.

  5. Add the quantity required

  6. Optional - make any additional changes needed, such as price and serving time

  7. Click Save

Additional Information:

If no Event is selected, the Menu Item will appear under the Menu Item sub-tab only. If an Event is Selected, it will appear within the Event & in the Menu Item sub-tab.

The Invoice selector will only appear if there is an existing Invoice on the Booking.

Once saved, the information on the Menu Item can be edited at any time by clicking the edit Icon.

If adding a one-off Menu Item, it is not saved in your Settings for future use.
