Procedure:
You sure can!
Click on Settings on the left-hand sidebar
Select Organization
Click on Organization Settings
Toggle over to Other Settings
Scroll down to Use 24 Hour Time
Check/uncheck the box as is appropriate
Click on Save at the bottom of the page
