Important Considerations

Definite revenue and budget: The report uses Definite revenue when comparing performance against your Budget. A Budget must be entered in Event Temple for budget variances and pacing comparisons to be displayed.

Taxes and service fees: Catering Pace revenue excludes taxes and service fees.

Sourced by Event: When the report is sourced by Event, revenue is based on the Event Date. If an Event spans multiple days, the revenue is distributed evenly across each day.

Sourced by Booking: When the report is sourced by Booking, revenue is based on the Booking Date. If a Booking spans multiple days, the revenue is distributed evenly across each day.
