Environment:

Event Temple Web App

Procedure:

Items under the Attachments sub-tab within a Booking cannot currently be linked or attached to an email.

There are two possible workarounds, which we'll explain below.

Workaround One - Re-download the attachment onto your workstation

  1. Click on the attachment (A new tab will open with the attachment)

  2. Right-click on the new tab

  3. select save as

  4. Save the attachment to your chosen folder on your workstation

  5. In your email, add the newly saved attachment using the paperclip icon.

Workaround Two- Send the URL instead

  1. Click on the attachment (A new tab will open with the attachment)

  2. Copy the URL from the new tab

  3. In your email, paste the URL in the email body

    1. Hint! Use the edit link icon to modify the text to something more appropriate eg. 'click here to see your floorplan'.
