This is due to having the wrong accommodation service configured.

The Accommodation Service is the service in Mews that reservations should be made under. If you are unsure which Accommodation Service to select, please confirm with Mews & update it accordingly in Event Temple.

Update your PMS settings under Settings -> Integrations -> PMS
