Answer:

When completing an import of data into Event Temple, certain items may be skipped, due to being duplicates, not having the required information, or not being in a valid format.

Upon completing an import, you can download a spreadsheet by clicking on Skipped Records.

It will download a csv with a list of which items were skipped, and why. Keep in mind that many instances such as Status, Sub-menus are case sensitive so will need to match exactly.
