How do I see reports for my chain?
Procedure:
When accessing the Multi Organization Dashboard, the Booking List, Contact List, Account list and Task List, it's now possible to export to csv, HTML or pdf for all Organizations within a Chain.
Select your Name on the upper right-hand side
Select Multi Organization
Select your chosen report (eg Booking List)
Click Export as in the upper right-hand side
Select the Format you wish to export to
Once you choose your format, it may take a moment before the data is ready depending on how much data you're exporting
When it's complete you'll be presented with the option to download your export, at which point you will have accomplished your task!
Additional Information:
Use the Filter "Organization" to select more than one Organization!
Any settings that conflict between organizations (eg. timezone, 12hr time vs 24hr time) will be asked for in the export pop-up.
