Procedure:
Using Zapier, you can connect Event Temple to update a Booking Status automatically when it is moved to a specific Pipeline Stage.
Setup the Zap
Booking Stage Changed trigger
Connect your Event Temple Account (if needed)
Choose the Organization
Choose the Stage you want to use
Test the trigger
Select a record that is returned from the test and continue
Change Booking Status step
Connect your Event Temple Account (if needed)
Choose the Organization
In the EventTemple ID field, erase the pre-filled option and replace it with the EventTemple ID returned from the trigger
In the Status field, erase the pre-filled option and choose an existing Status
Test the step
Publish the Zap
