What does Cannot pull PMS record mean when I go to Reservations?

Cause:

This is due to a Reservation being edited in Mews.

How to Resolve:

  1. Go to the Booking that has this error

  2. Unlink the Reservations in the Reservations tab

  3. Go to the Group tab and press Sync
