Answer:

Once a Document is Locked (indicated by a lock icon next to the name of the Document in the top right) any changes made to the Booking will no longer be reflected in the Locked Document.

You can Edit the Document, which will unlock it and allow it to reflect any further changes made. This can be done by selecting Edit within the Document's page.

Please note this will remove any Signatures from the Document.

If you would like to keep the Document in Draft Mode you can share the URL of the document as opposed to using the Share Button on the top right.

The URL can be obtained by choosing Preview and copy and pasting the URL link. This will be a live link to the Document, any changes made will be reflected. Please note if the Document is signed it will be locked.
