Answer:
You can calculate Hotel Room Revenue by using the Group List Report
Go to Reports> Group List
Set the filter for the date range you would like to report on along with any other relevant filters (e.g Group Status = definite).
Adjust the columns to show the information you would like to report on (e.g Pick Up Revenue).
You can now Export the Data as a CSV, this will allow you to summarise the the total for any columns you are trying to report on. (e.g if you want to know the pickup revenue for that time period, you add together the numbers in the column named Pickup Revenue)
If you will be using this Report often, it is recommended to Save View to make it easy to access next time.
