Documents can have a variety of different elements that the customer can fill out:

A Document can be created without these elements or you can use a combination of the ones that you need. If you use any of these elements then the customer will need to fill them out to submit the Document and once they do that the information they enter will be passed back to Event Temple for you to see.

If you are using the Input Text, Picklist or Checklist elements only, the customer will still need to submit the Document even if there is no Signature element. You do not need to include a Signature to use these elements.
