Answer:
When you use a browser that is logged into Event Temple it will only ever show you the option to sign as a Vendor.
If you or your customer are unable to sign, there is a good chance they have been set up incorrectly.
Please note: You can only have one Vendor Signature and one Client Signature on each document.
