Dashboard Summary

Your starting point for seeing how your team is going and where to act first

1. What is the Dashboard?

The Dashboard is the first page managers see when they sign in to Everperform. It brings together your team's latest pulse results, the people who may need a check-in, overdue tickets and Eli's recommended actions, so you can see at a glance how your team is going and decide where to act first.

The Dashboard shows the people who report to you, not your own results. Your own results are in Reports.

2. Why use it?

  • Start your week in one place: See what has changed since the last pulse and what needs your attention, without opening every report.

  • Act early: Spot people whose scores are low or falling, and check in before small issues grow.

  • Recognise good work: See who is scoring highly or improving, so you can thank them.

  • Follow through: See Eli's recommended actions from your pulses, and whether a ticket has already been raised for each one.

3. Choosing what you see

  • Hierarchy: Direct team shows the people who report directly to you. If your organisation has given you access to your whole reporting line, All reports shows everyone below you, and you can pick one of your managers to see their team.

  • Dates: Choose This month, Last month, Last 3 months (the default), Last 6 months, Last 12 months or a Custom range. A pulse counts once it has closed within your dates.

  • Data freshness: The strip at the top shows the latest pulse that closed in your dates, which the pulse cards are based on, and the date range you are looking at.

The dates change the cards that are based on pulses: Compliance & Audit participation, Top performing individuals, Declining individuals, Recommendations and Trending. Inbox, Risk registers, Recently active and Upcoming always show what is happening as of today.

Every card has an i icon. Hover over it to see exactly what the card counts.

4. The cards

Recommendations

The priority actions Eli recommends from the AI summary of each pulse that closed in your dates, newest first, each with its priority. "Ticket created" means someone has already raised a ticket from that recommendation. Select a recommendation to open the pulse report and act on it.

Trending

Compares the latest pulse in your dates with the previous one. It shows whether your team's overall score went up or down, and which category fell the most and which rose the most. The overall score is the average of every answer, as a percentage. Trending needs two pulses in your dates.

Top performing individuals

  • High scores: The people with the highest average pulse score in your dates.

  • Improving: People whose latest pulse scored higher than their previous one.

Scores show how people rate their experience at work, not the quality of their work. Use this card to recognise people who are doing well. Select a name to open that person's measures.

Declining individuals

  • Needs attention: People whose last two pulses both scored 60% or below. Start your check-ins here.

  • Declining: People whose latest pulse scored lower than their previous one, by any amount.

Both tabs need two pulses in your dates.

Compliance & Audit

Participation is the share of pulse invitations your team completed, across every pulse that closed in your dates. The higher it is, the more your results represent your whole team. The card also shows how many risk registers for your team have not been actioned yet.

Inbox

The people in your team with the most overdue tickets where they are the respondent, how many are overdue and how long the oldest has been waiting. Select View all in inbox to follow them up.

Risk registers

Risks for people in your team that have not been started yet, Not Started first, then To Do, then the highest risk level.

Recently active

The latest activity for your team, newest first, such as the most recent pulse to close with its response rate, and overdue tickets.

Upcoming

The next scheduled run of each automation, such as the next pulse and the next conversation, soonest first. This card covers your whole organisation.

5. A weekly routine

  1. Check Trending to see whether your team's overall score moved, and which area changed the most.

  2. Open Declining individuals, starting with Needs attention, and plan a check-in with each person.

  3. Use Top performing individuals to thank people who are doing well or improving.

  4. Work through Recommendations. Open the pulse report to read the detail, and raise a ticket for each action you take on, so you can track it.

  5. Clear overdue items in your Inbox.

  6. Check Participation, and encourage your team to complete the next pulse.

6. Frequently asked questions

  • Why is a card empty? Most pulse cards need a pulse that closed within your dates, and Trending, Improving and Declining need two. Try a longer date range.

  • Why don't I see my own results? The Dashboard shows the people who report to you. Your own results are in Reports.

  • How are scores worked out? Each pulse answer is scored out of 100, and answers marked Not applicable are left out. A person's pulse score is the average of their answers.
